Iron Warriors Lifting are looking for just 2 people who will be committed and dedicated to embark on a 12 week coaching programme designed for athletes. This program will change the way you train and will give you a level of coaching you will never have had before. You will be part of our case study that we will be using for our Strength and Conditioning Certification.
At the beginning of the 12 weeks you will be thoroughly assessed on your movement patterns and mobility in order to focus on areas that need work, to enable your body to move the way it should. Any posture deviations and muscle imbalances can be worked on during the program and improved. You will work on increasing strength, balance, stamina, speed and agility and will be learning Olympic lifting techniques.
You will be be coached 1:2:1 by myself during your sessions and you will have a tailored program to work on during your own sessions. You will receive reviews and tweaks where needed regularly and a detailed description of why the training and exercises have been prescribed for you.
This will also have a nutrition plan with it which will enable you to achieve the best results possible.
The Coaching will start on the week beginning 18th June 2018 and you MUST be available for for the whole of the 12 weeks.

This course will be priced at our standard personal training rate of £35 an hour AND have additional discount of buy 12 sessions for the price of 8.
(From September 2018 the normal session rate for this coaching will be £45 an hour)
You must train with us at least once a week.
Minimum cost will be £280 for 1 x 1 hour sessions per week for 12 weeks.
£560 for 2 x 1 hour sessions a week for 12 weeks.
