I like muscle, I love lifting heavy things and I sure as hell like to involve you lot. Whether you are male or female, are new to lifting, not even started yet or have been lifting a while then make sure you stick around and see what I have to say! I will be filling this blog with information on lifting, weight training, increasing muscle mass, using muscle to sculpt the body, nutrition and supplement advice. Many of my clients are females who have been too afraid to hit the free weights as it is a more male dominated area of the gym. Being a female personal trainer specialising in this specific area is quite rare and getting male clients is difficult, but it is my passion and if there’s one thing I know about, it’s how to train my clients hard, push them to their limits and make the sessions challenging but fun. I know how to write a killer programme, I know how to set a nutrition plan to go hand in hand with a training programme to deliver you the best possible results alongside your hard work and commitment.
I have a no bull approach to this topic, if you want it you have got to work for it, if you aren’t willing to put in the time, the effort and dedication then you won’t see the results you have come to me for.
